21st century hermit
at least that is what the video below is called. It features Rachel Denton who lives (lived?) in a small hermitage in a village in Lincolnshire. Unlike myself, who is no'tied' to any specific church etc, she has the permission of the Roman Catholic Church to live as a solitary and to abide by certain rules (you can read those at this link (opens in new window) ).
The video is only 2.5 minutes long and while it is different in a number of ways to my own like, it is quite a nice and interesting short video that is well worth a watch.
